Current Board Members and owners include Javin Hoover, Jonathan Horst, and Curvin Nolt.
Javin Hoover
Javin Hoover is the Chief Operating Officer of Horst Custom Homes, where he oversees day-to-day operations including budgeting, materials procurement, project scheduling, and quality control. In this role, he helps ensure proposals move smoothly from estimate through completion and that builds stay on schedule and within budget throughout New York’s Finger Lakes region.
He also continues to manage operations for the Woods & Wildlife Outdoor Show, coordinating vendor logistics, site setup, and event scheduling. A lifelong outdoors enthusiast, Javin values straightforward planning and clear communication—whether he’s reviewing build timelines or laying out the show grounds—to keep both teams running efficiently and guests engaged
Jonathan Horst
A successful Entrepreneur in Modular Homes
Jonathan Horst is the owner of Horst Custom Homes, a company that specializes in selling and building modular homes. He has been in construction for 10 years and started his business in 2022. He has built a reputation for delivering high-quality modular homes that offer lower cost, faster construction, higher quality and environmental friendliness. He works with reputable manufacturers and suppliers and provides financing options and warranties for his customers.
Jonathan lives in Canandaigua, New York with his wife. He enjoys fishing and reading books. He is also a family man and a community leader who supports education, health, and social causes. He is proud of his work and always looks for new opportunities and challenges to grow his company and improve his skills. He is a visionary leader in real estate and the modular home industry and an inspiration to many.
Curvin Nolt
Curvin works in the construction field. As a partner in the Woods and Wildlife Outdoor Show, our mission was to create an event to share our passion for the outdoors and the beautiful Finger Lakes region. Curvin resides in Canandaigua with his wife and three young children. He enjoys fishing, boating and the outdoors. His goal in life is to share and pass on his love of the outdoors to his family and everyone else he encounters. Curvin oversees and manages the hunting and fishing sector of the Woods and Wildlife Outdoor Show.
